Cancellation must be done in writing to the congress secretariat before November 1, 2016.

The registration fee will be refunded minus a 10% service fee.
There is no refund upon cancellation after November 1, 2016 or in the case of no notice given.
You will receive your registration confirmation after receipt of payment.
